Is there any size limit on the files converted using csv2qfx Convert?
No, there is no limit. The converters are routinely tested with data files that are 100MB in size, and have upwards of 50,000 transactions. Those conversions take less than 30 seconds to process.
Should I choose the csv2qfx convert or csv2qif convert software?
This depends on which version of Quicken you are using. If your version allows the import of both QFX and QIF files, you should consider that QFX is generally easier to work with, but does not support categories or splits. If categories or splits are needed, the best option is using QIF to convert a CSV to Quicken. Otherwise go with QFX.
